As you explore, you'll travel 3.6 miles and gain an elevation incline of about 1200 feet, all while soaking up gorgeous views of Horsetooth Reservoir and the city itself. Along the way, be sure to take breaks for snacks, admire all of the wildflowers around you, and revel in all your majestic surroundings. Before taking off on your hiking adventure, make sure to stay aware of cliff edges and come prepared with water and sunscreen; wearing appropriate clothing as well if the weather changes throughout your trip. And don't forget to pay attention to any dogs accompanying you - they must remain on-leash at all times!
